Specific privacy policy pursuant to Art. 13 Reg. 679/2016 (GDPR) – NEWSLETTER SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION

We would like to inform you that providing your email address, name, and surname during the newsletter subscription process is optional, but any refusal will result in the impossibility of using the Service. The personal data you provide are collected and managed with the use of electronic or automated tools, for the following purposes:

1. Subscribing to the informative newsletter on news, events, and communications related to the world of waste collection.

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which means "the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes." The data will be kept for the entire duration of the subscription to the Service; deletion will occur following the completion of the procedure contained in each received communication or in case of a specific request sent to the Data Controller. Without your consent, your data will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the technical partners who enable the delivery of the newsletter service (IT companies and software used for sending newsletters).
In any case, the data will not be transferred to non-EU countries or disseminated.
